Please note that this material is considered HAZARDOUS MATERIAL by UPS and therefore commands a surcharge as follows: 

UPS - Domestic Ground - NO FEE.
UPS - Domestic Air - $30 FEE for EACH BOX containing this product.
UPS will not ship this material internationally.
FEDERAL EXPRESS can ship this Internationally.

Note: Due to the unique manufacturing process required for these flash products, some are less white than others. This does not impair its usability. This means yellow flash paper will burn just as efficiently as white flash paper.
